Gold plated Locking Scart Lead 1.5 metre
| |
| This is a 1.5 metre long fat Scart lead, fully wired, with gold plated pins and shield. It has lock-in tags so that once it's pushed into the socket it won't pull out easily. See "A98125 goldlock Clip-in Scart" on our catalogue page. | |
| And I know your next question: "Are all pins connected?" Yes, all pins are connected. Not only that but the signal wires are actually miniature coaxial shielded wires! See, they have all been hand assembled and carefully sleeved. This is the sort of quality that you'll find only in the most expensive leads. See "A98125 goldlock Clip-in Scart" on our catalogue page. This is our "no bullshit" Scart. It's full of oxygen, the gold-plating is minimal and we aren't going to tell you how it "provides the ultimate in screening" or that it "eliminates electromagnetic interference and picture shimmer". |
| Nor does it have "XYZ interference absorbers" or any other meaningless techno-bullshit. It's just a screened copper cable, OK? If you want an expensive nitrogen-free gold-sapphire elephant lead, please try elsewhere. Please note that the plug does not actually "lock". You don't have to twist or turn anything. It simply clips easily into the socket but is very tight to remove. Send this page address - CLICK HERE - to a friend ! | |

God bless you, you're a marvel! I bought two of your positive locking Scart leads, and, finally, my 3 most evil cats can't pull the scarts out! 3 of my cats are Cornish Rex, but we call them "The Wrecks". Our 2 NICE cats have never had a dabble behind the TV, but the Wrecks consider it to be their duty in life to dabble with everything - these are the duties of the space cadets that rule our home. At first I was wary, as your stuff is so cheap! But our scarts arrived incredibly fast, and I'll definitely recommend you to friends. Don't feel sorry for The Wrecks - they can still pull the AERIAL lead out, nick things from the kitchen, chew our toothbrushes, scare our neighbour's poor dogs, and steal any coins left around - but at least WE can WATCH a dvd now, while they do their evil deeds......... Not only are your scarts the cheapest I've ever bought, they also work just as well as the £10 ones when they were connected - which was never for long anyway, as the £10 ones weren't positive-locking Actually, before realising that positive-locking existed, which was the same day that I bought from you - we'd tried sellotape and ev'ryfink! One thing I worked out, however, was to put coloured tape round each end of each Scart lead, using a different colour for each lead, so it's easy to see which ends are the same lead (the jumble of leads behind my set is very confusing to us amateurs). Thanks! Debi R. P.s. It's impossible to take snaps of the Wrecks when they're in full flight, so I'm afraid they're looking remarkably docile in the pics below...

| Libby guarding her TV - 10 yrs old now, my huge British shorthair. |
| Paiges, doing one of her "Improbable Poses" (she was called Paige, but she turned out to have 2 personalities, one of them very mischievous, so we added an "s" to her name.) |
| Loofie and Larceny (nicknamed LaLa, as in "La La La La I'm NOT listening"). My Cornish Wrecks are not curly-coated, as Cornish usually are. They're Cornish Wrecks Variants, and are the off-shoots of a breeding program to try to prevent inbreeding. They're very dog-like, and love to play fetch. Switching on the taps is Paiges' best trick, and your Scart leads have now been deemed to be A Challenge by her and LaLa........ |
