It also has uses around the home and garage for stopping small pipe leaks. It's filthy stuff but you'll love it when you come to remove that dish in ten years' time! Can be cut with (sharp) scissors.  | Flat roof mounts - non-penetrating.
These mounts rely on the weight of concrete slabs to hold them in position. They come in three types, dependent on strength required. SAT5A has one mast support straps, SAT5B has two straps and SAT5C has four. The roof surface must be perfectly smooth - remove any dirt or gravel from soft roof coverings, otherwise the weight will force sharp edges through and rain will get in! It's always a good idea to tether the dish bracket, with a "chimney lashing cable", to the nearest wall, so in a gale the dish won't fall over or, worse, fly off the roof. |
