Vision V10-stealth Log-periodic wideband aerial

A balanced pair of aerials; superb at pulling in difficult signals in a noisy environment, or where multipath-reception (reflected signals) causes problems. Excellent rejection of "impulse noise".

Note: the connecting leads from balun to stacking combiner have to be cut to 3.0m each, with a 2mm tolerance between each length. This is critical for optimum performance so be patient and be prepared to spend time getting this right. WF100 cable recommended (supplied in kit). Silicone grease recommended for coating all connections and threads (supplied in kit).

You should be aware that it's a very big rig - generally too large to mount on an average size property. Although, the individual aerials are only 4'6" each in length, they are spaced 2'6" apart. It's more suitable for IRS systems, Hotels, blocks of apartments etc. However, we have sold them to be fitted to farmhouses where it's unlikely that there would be complaints from the neighbours!!. Also, it's ideal for mounting in a loft (where space permits).

We recommend a 2" (50mm) diameter mast so that the clamps have enough grip to prevent movement in strong wind. Please note that the aerials will pivot (turn) in very strong wind and will need to be repositioned (parallel to each other) afterwards.
