Giving full information will ensure that we can help you as soon as possible.

We aim to reply within 3 working hours. Please use the email forms. If you email one of our private addresses, that member of staff may be away and you won't get a reply.

However, we often have to consult suppliers and hassle them continually for an answer. So occasionally we may not have an answer for you till next (working) day. Feel free to hassle us but DO make sure that you provide a reliable, working email address AND an alternative. You should "white list" our email domains to help ensure that our replies aren't trashed:

But please don't ask for prices (already in our catalogue) or postage/shipping costs or expect us to work out invoice totals. The web site "shopping cart" will do that for you. Simply add the items to the cart, select the shipping "zone" and click "Recalculate". Use it as a calculator with no obligation to buy. You can change quantities in the shopping cart (or type a zero to remove an item). Don't ask "what do I need to order...". Sales can't answer that. It's technical.

Please be sure to state your name, address (including postcode), "Keep-me" reference (letters and numbers from our shopping cart email acknowledgement) plus any other reference numbers we may have given you and a clear description of your problem and what you expect us to do.

No callers please. Our small warehouse and sales office is in a rural area with narrow access roads and no parking. Our sales staff are too busy to operate a counter service and many larger items are held at other warehouses.

That way we know your name, address and postcode are spelt correctly and we are less likely to send you the wrong parts. Please use e-mail for all enquiries. If your enquiry is especially important, be sure to choose the correct category in our email form.

Satcure telephone number is not on this site because we found that too many calls interrupted our work and delayed orders. The fax number is also not given because it attracted a paper roll full of spam adverts each day. E-mails to Sales are answered in strict rotation as soon as possible during the working day Monday - Friday. Emails to Technical are usually answered within the hour, every day of the week, 8am - 10pm, although there may be a delay if Martin is away.

When you send your message our server will immediately send you an acknowledgement by e-mail. Please read it carefully and any web pages that it suggests. If you do not receive this automatic message then you have a problem with your e-mail or you mistyped your e-mail address. If you do receive this automatic message but you do NOT receive a reply from us within a reasonable time (working hours Mon - Fri) then you may still have an e-mail problem. Some e-mail servers block our replies for reasons unknown - especially MSN Hotmail. So, if you receive no reply from us, please write again and give an alternative e-mail address for us to use. This can be a friend's address if you don't have an alternative. Or you can get a free Yahoo address. Also include your UK phone number and postal address so we can contact you that way if necessary. If you use an automatic e-mail authentication system or an email protection system that requires us to reply then it will not work because our autoresponder will ignore it. Please give an address that does not use authentication.
