Answer: we used to do that but it resulted in a lot of "spam", causing some enquiries to be deleted by mistake. In addition, customers would often email a staff member who was away so the reply would be delayed by days or even weeks. By using the current system, we can guarantee that your message will be seen by more than one staff member, so a response is guaranteed, provided that you supply a reliable, working email address.
