Before you write to us, please make sure that you've read our Freeview Problem page. We will need your FULL UK POSTCODE in order to check on predicted signal strength in your area. We will need to know what aerial you have and where it's located. Please check what sort of coaxial cable has been used and where it is routed from the aerial (Does it go through any form of signal splitter or booster? If so, we need the make/model of that unit). Make and model number of Freeview receiver/TV (list all). Name of transmitter from which you currently receive TV. Any known problems such as trees/hills blocking the signal. Describe your problem and the history (when it began). Please note the correct spelling of aerial. It really irritates me when people can't be bothered to copy it correctly.
