In order to ask Sales about an order that you already placed, you will need the order number beginning with "S" that was assigned by the shopping cart (displayed on the final checkout page and emailed to you in your "Keep-me" message). If you haven't placed an order, you can't ask Sales about order progress, returns etc. so please click back and select a different category. Before you continue, please ensure that you have read all of your "Keep-me" email and clicked on all PRODUCT INFORMATION links within it. It will save your time and ours if you don't ask questions that we've already answered there. 3. If you are asking about an exchange PSU order, please provide your Recorded Delivery number, the name of the SatCure employee who signed for it and the date of signature. 4. If you have received part of your order and are waiting for the rest, please list the stock code and description (from your "Keep-me" email) of each item NOT received. 5. Returns. If you have something to return to us, please read our notes about Returns before you click "Continue" at the bottom of this page. 6. Orders Support is available Tuesday to Friday inclusive. We will also try to respond on Mondays but the volume of orders received each weekend means that we often don't have time. 7. If you need to provide urgent information (such as a correction to address details or a cancellation) please click back and use the relevant "CANCEL or CHANGE" link.
