PAS1243 splitter combiner | |
|
| The PAS1243 can be used as a splitter or a combiner. It contains diodes which route current flow from any or all four "outputs" to the "input". This allows power to be fed (for example) to a masthead amplifier. The incoming signal from the masthead amplifier will be passed to all four outputs with a loss of approximately 8 dB at UHF frequencies or 10 dB at higher frequencies. If this loss is unacceptable you should use a masthead amplifier instead. See Masthead wiring info and recommended masthead amplifier order page. |
