Which plugs Wire my house X-Ray Remote 304114 wall plate FAQs BLOG Contact Us		Disconnecting Equipment Safely Disconnecting anything from your satellite TV receiver or Sky Digibox Before touching any connections, put into standby*, then unplug (from the wall socket) the Digibox and other connected equipment (TV, DVD). All or any of these can carry leakage voltages while connected to the power socket. The voltages aren't dangerous per se but could cause damage to your Digibox. Other receivers connected to the LNB could also have stray voltage on their chassis. Once everything is unplugged, wait a few minutes for internal capacitors to discharge.
