2) 1 PIECE SWIVEL BRACKET (POLE)
3) 1 PIECE 20x20 LNB ARM
4) 2 PIECE LNB CLAMP MOULDINGS
5) 2 PIECES REAR TOOTHED BRACKET (POLE)

11) 15 PIECES M6 NUT + FLATWASHER
12) 2 PIECES MS NUT

Using two long bolts, washers and nuts, assemble the bracket to the arm. Cover threads copiously with silicone grease. Note position of notch. Fit plastic end cap into arm.

Assemble the clamp bracket with two U bolts, 2 toothed brackets, 2 washers and 2 nuts. Cover threads copiously with silicone grease.

Attach clamp bracket to dish bracket using 4 short square-shoulder bolts, 4 washers and 4 nuts. Cover threads copiously with silicone grease. Note position of notch and arrow hole.

Attach LNB holder to arm using one long square-shoulder bolt, one washer and one nut. Cover thread copiously with silicone grease.

Attach bracket assembly to rear of dish face using 4 bolts (without square shoulders), 4 washers and 4 nuts. Cover threads copiously with silicone grease.

Fit LNB to plastic clamp using one plastic bridge, two bolts, 2 washers and 2 nuts. Cover threads copiously with silicone grease. Fill 'F' plugs with silicone grease. Pull down rain cover moulding.

Slide dish bracket U bolts over the support bracket vertical stub and tighten. Cover threads and bracket "teeth" copiously with silicone grease.

If you ordered the optional 14 degree LNB bracket, slide the square tube into each moulding and press firmly into place, ensuring that holes line up.

BEWARE SHARP EDGES!

Assemble the rest of the pieces as shown below, using silicone grease on all threads. The bracket is held below the dish arm, using one of the longer bolts. The small bracket fits next to the existing LNB holder to make the assembly rigid.

Typical satellite positions are indicated in red. (The 19° bracket should be further to the left.) The bracket can also be flipped over with LNB holders mounted on the other side if you need to have the 13°E LNB at the end of the arm. (The position which gets maximum signal.) Other LNB arrangements are possible within the (approximate) 14 degree separation limits.

The instructions supplied on this page are specific to the 60cm dish. For more details, please refer to our web site technical section and to our eBooks.
