| MILESTONE-Smart-SCART-PLUS has all the features of the conventional Smart-SCART-PLUS, but with the addition of an integrated MILESTONE interface, allowing all your equipment to be used not only with the main TV, but from any remote location. Every Smart-Scart-PLUS is supplied with a MileBlaster.

MILESTONE-Smart-SCART-PLUS allows you to connect all your video devices to your TV and your milestone system at once. It outputs to the local TV via SCART in full RGB, and relays the same signal to any remote TVs via the Milestone interface. MSSP has the intelligence to decide which device has been selected, on a priority level basis and automatically switch it through to all the TVs while blanking all the others. Priority is defined by input number, i.e. Input 2 overrides Input 1, Input 3 overrides Input 2, etc… So for example if you switch on your Digital TV receiver the pictures will of course appear on all your TVs. If you then play a DVD for instance, this alone will be switched through to the TVs. You won't have to switch the Digital receiver off first. The priority system works in exactly the same way on your main TV and at any remote TV on the Milestone system. MSSP has integrated IR Blaster. It can transmit any remote control codes received by any Milestone Slave attached to it, even from hundreds of meters away. Simply connect the colour-coded jack lead, and stick the single high power emitter somewhere at the front of your equipment using the non-marking reusable adhesive backing, and it can control everything. MSSP can power a single Milestone Slave directly, or can power a small distribution system as long as the cable runs aren't too long; (for example we don't recommend runs of more than 200m if you are using a Milestone Hub-4 with 4 slaves). MSSP has fully RGB recording via Input-2. (It does NOT transmit RGB to remote TVs). MSSP has built-in Smart-Record. If you want to record a program from your Digital TV receiver for later viewing, but want to play a video game right away, you can do so at the same time. The DVD or game alone will be switched through to the TV, and Smart-Record will ensure your recording proceeds correctly. But that isn't all; Smart-Record also allows you to record from any input to any recorder automatically; VCR-DVDR, DVD-VCR, DVD-DVDR, Camcorder-DVDR, etc… MSSP has Video-Sense on Inputs 6,7,8 enabling any video source not equipped with automatic SCART control, (such as security cameras, camcorders, some Home cinemas or games consoles) to play out via the SCART automatically. This will also activate any Milestone system attached. MSSP has Smart-Cinema on Input-6, which provides auto blanking for Home Cinema systems used as 5.1 decoders. MSSP has built-in S-Video (S-VHS) converters on Inputs 7 & 8 for use with camcorders or Personal Computers. MSSP can be used with a video sender connected to Input-5. MSSP is fitted with video signal amplifiers to ensure crystal clear pictures with no loss of signal. MSSP has separate audio output connectors for connection to your Hi-Fi. MSSP is 'green' - it will shut down the local unit and the whole Milestone system to power-save mode when no signal is present.
