A few customers have reported problems in removing the battery cover of the Sky Plus remote.
In theory, all you need to do is to push the clip at the rear till you feel it click then lift the battery cover at its narrowest end. In practice, some clip mouldings can be somewhat tight!
If you do break the clip in the attempt, we suggest you employ a little "Blue-Tack" or double-sided adhesive tape to hold the battery cover in position. Unfortunately we have been unable to obtain spare covers from the manufacturer so this is the best advice we can offer.
