Triax wall-mounting dish assembly
Please DO inspect the dish assembly on delivery. If there is a problem please REJECT the whole delivery so you don't have to pay for return postage. Cosmetic faults, such as scratched paint, are deemed acceptable because we advise you to paint all parts (except the LNB cap that faces the dish) to protect them from the effects of sun and rain. Matt paint is recommended.
Dents and distortion to the face of the dish (no matter how slight) are not acceptable and you should reject any delivery where there is such damage. Slight rim damage is usually permissible if it does not affect the dish face.
If any parts are missing, please contact our SALES department using the email form and state which parts are missing. Please use the descriptions as shown on the diagram, below, and please enclose this link to THIS page for our Sales girls to click on

Please note that dishes supplied before 2009 had a spirit level clipped to the arm. The spirit level contains fluorescene which fluoresces green-yellow in daylight. This chemical fades after prolonged exposure. The spirit level should be covered with black tape, or removed when not in use, if you wish to prevent fading of the liquid.
The LNB supplied, now, is a MK4 with spirit level adapter, plus a replacement adapter without spirit level, which is the one to use.
Read our notes about LNBs.

Rear bracket is attached to wall-mounting bracket. For pole-mounting, discard wall bracket and fit a 'U' bolt through rear bracket (U bolt not supplied - order separately).
