I'm happy to help you but, due to the volume of mail that I receive each day, I can give only a two minute free reply for most questions. If you still need help after that, please read our downloadable books or seek help in the discussion forum.

You can get a faster, more useful reply from me if you give me some basic information. The less time I have to spend in asking you questions, the more time I'll have to help you. :-)

• You will then receive a personal reply from me. Please don't be offended if I simply direct you to a web page or a downloadable "eBook" which contains the answers that you require. This saves my time for dealing with paying customers and the web pages and eBooks contain much more information than I can type in a two-minute reply.
