Order Change or Addition

Please read these notes carefully. They don't cover every eventuality but they might cover yours.

  • You want to request an addition or change to an order which you have just placed today.
  • You need to change your payment details for an order which you have just placed today.
  • You want to combine two orders that you already placed today.

    If your message does NOT relate to an item that you ordered from us today or last night (ignoring weekends), you have selected the wrong category. Please click your browser BACK button now.

    1. eBooks are downloadable so if you ordered the wrong eBook simply send us a cancellation, confirming that you deleted the file and requesting a refund, and order the correct one. Be sure to include full details.

    2. If you ask for a change to an order you just placed for a physical product(s), we'll do our best to change your order if it has not already been sent. PLEASE USE THE SHOPPING CART AGAIN* TO ORDER THE ADDITIONAL ITEMS. In the "Notes" window, include a brief explanation and the "SATxxxxxx" number of your original order.

    *It is essential to use the shopping cart because many items come with downloadable instructions and you will not receive these unless you use the shopping cart to order. Please do not order by email.

    If you wish to combine two orders that you placed within the last hour (or any time since the office closed) we will do our best to accommodate you. However, please note that this can not be done if your order has already been packed and is sitting at the bottom of a post sack.

    3. If your order has already been sent and you have asked for additional items, these will be sent separately as a new order and a carriage charge will be added.

    4. If your order has been sent but now contains items that you don't want, please send us a Returns Request.

    5. If you made a mistake with your credit card details or address, please click HERE and enter the order number ("Keep-me" SAxxxxxxxxx number) and type "CC amendment" then proceed through our shopping cart as before.

    6. If you received your order but it contains items that you don't want, please see "Returns Request".

    7. If you want to change the delivery address, we can do that provided that your order has not already been despatched. Please click HERE.

    8. Payment by cheque

    If you chose NOT to pay by credit card, your order will not be shipped until we receive your payment and clear it through our bank. This can take up to 7 days. You should remind us to send your order when your payment has cleared because we have no automatic reminder in place. If you wish to receive your order quickly you can pay by credit card on our secure server - see (4) above.

    (Please DON'T send sensitive information by email).

    9. PHONING

    We will almost NEVER speak to you by phone. Using email is far more efficient than phone because we can handle it without interrupting another job; we can see the exact spelling of names, addresses and numbers; we have a record of precisely what we (and you) have discussed. We can't discuss technical matters or make product choices for you. Please request Technical help, separately, by email.

    If you have any other question, please read our useful Help pages (FAQs) then, if necessary, ask Technical instead. Unfortunately, SALES can not reply to TECHNICAL questions about products as we do not have the expertise.
