"You have not replied to me!"

IMPORTANT: Do you use SPAM ARREST or similar spam block system? - Every day we get at least one complaint "you didn't reply to my message!" Please do not use it when you conatact us.

If you think you should have received an email, please email us again and include an alternative reliable email address. Your primary address may be blocking or trashing our replies. A free "yahoo.co.uk" email address normally works OK, although it may put our replies into the "bulk" folder until you have "whitelisted" us by adding our address to your "Contact List".

If you placed an order, our server will have sent you an email acknowledgement.
If you sent us an enquiry using our email form, our server will have sent you an email reply.
If you emailed someone direct, they may be out of the office. Please use the form.

If you received our automatic replies, that's good news, but you might still have a problem receiving our personal replies.
Please ensure that you are not blocking our personal replies or putting them into a "junk" or "bulk" folder.

Our personal replies are normally sent from our visionaids.co.uk address.

We TRY to reply within 3 working hours but, if we are exceptionally busy or if we have to contact a supplier for information, we will still reply within 24 hours (during the working week).

Occasionally we DO make mistakes and forget to reply but this is rare. So please email us again and use a different reliable email address. If you still receive no reply, please alert WEBMASTER instead, including both email addresses.
